Return Policy

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.We only accept return in case of damage or different (not as mentioned in description/Details). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Any purchase that follows our Size chart /Description /Details mentioned is not allowed to return. Refund Policy

Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we would process a refund of the returned product amount after deducting shipping charge to the primary source of payment which was used as the time of purchase or issue a coupon of the amount calculated above in case of Cash on Delivery payment mode. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card or bank issuer’s policies.

Exchange Policy

We do not exchange the item, we will give you the coupon of the calculated amount after deduction of shipping charge, which can be used for next purchase. This coupon would be valid for 90 days from the generation of coupon and would give you a discount of the exact calculated amount.

Return Pickup

In case on return pickup, If not picked in 2 attempts (As per courier) we will cancel the return pickup and will close the return request. we will not consider the same request again.
